Registration Process: Go to www.tcea.org
In the grey dialogue box at the bottom right of this home page, click on the "Create a Profile" hot button. Fill in the requested information.
Once you have a profile, get to the Area III registration page. On this page enter the necessary information to register. Make sure you register for the Area III Conf.-- not any of the others. Registration Fee $15.00 for registered UHV students enrolled in classes this semester; all others $25.00.
